Interesting quote

"If the automobile had followed the same development cycle as the computer, a Rolls-Royce would today cost $100, get one million miles to the gallon, and explode once a year, killing everyone inside." - Robert X Cringely

An UPDATE!!!!!!!

Sadly I haven't updated in almost a month.
Monday after algebra, we drove down to Franklin to be with Mitch Daniels at a small little restaurant in downtown Franklin. We were some of the first ones there, and talked to Adam (one of Mitch’s roadies) for a little bit. RV-1 was quite an impressive sight in front of this little restaurant. RTV 6 interviewed mom, and the cameraman filmed me taping Mitch for a bit. After he signed numerous hats and shirts for people, he went inside to give a little speech. After the speech, FOX 59 interviewed mom and Beth individually.
It was a cool morning

See some clips of his speech that never made it on TV HERE

WORKDAY!!!!

Wow!
What a day. Went to bed late...got up early and headed to church for workday. I helped Joel, Greg, and Mark removing air conditioners from the third floor. Next I went to moving the stage up to the third floor (hard one...those stage sections weigh a TON!) which took a while.
After all that was done, I went to Lowe's with Mark to get $400 of supplies, got stuck in the store when Mr. Reinhardt kept calling my cell to have us get more stuff. Now for the dirty work:D Carrie wanted 4 pine trees moved from the top of the hill to the bottom because they weren't getting enough sun. Phillip, Sean, Carrie, Laurie, Alyssa, Ana Marie, Alissa, Valerie, Trenton, Nathan, Jacob, and Caleb all helped in digging up and moving the trees.
Cleaned out the shed, ate, and played some soccer:)
